川崎市市民ミュージアムで、アートフェスティバルの一環で踊ります。12日と13日、ほぼ一日中楽しめるアートフェスティバルで、私は12日の13時ごろより、映像作家・美術家のヒグマ春夫さんのインストレーションアートの作品の中で、ダンサー5人が入れ替わり即興でダンスを繰り広げるという企画で踊ります。テーマは「ネストから宇宙空間へ」。私自身、インプロでほかのアーティストの作品を介してコンテンポラリーダンスをするのは久しぶりで、楽しみにしています。さらに詳しいBRA-BA・川崎アートフェスティバルの情報はこちらからどうぞ。それぞれの業界で活躍されている著名人が参加されています。お見逃しなく。

今年の２月からお世話になっている山本先生主宰のヌリッティヤ・ラクシャナ・ジャパンで、バラタナティヤム（インド舞踊）を公演します。公演は２部構成になっていて、前半はクリシュナ神、後半はシヴァ神のアイテムをパフォーマンスします。私は、前半の部分でおどります。無料公演です。インドからのゲストパフォーマーや、ちょっとしたヨガのセッションも休憩中にあったりなど、盛りだくさんです。ご家族やお友達もお誘いの上、是非お越しください。
●BRA-BA！2014: Kawasaki Arts Festival | Sun, Oct 12 | from 13:00 | Kawasaki Shimin Museum
I am performing improvisational contemporary dance with the installation art created by Haruo Higuma in a part of BRA-BA Arts Festival at the Kawasaki Shimin Museum. The theme is “from the nest to the universal space”. There are four more dancers, performing one by one in Higuma’s work with his video projection. I have not made any improvisational performances for a long time in a collaboration with the artists from different art fields. I am looking forward to this existing event. The festival will be held for two days and many well known artists, performers, writers, actors/actresses are attending. You can enjoy a whole day there. Don’t miss it. I have a Bharatanatyam(Indian classical) performance with Lakshana Japan, where I have practiced and performed in this dance form since Feb 2014 after I moved back to Japan. This show is divided into two sections: “Krishna Lila” and “Shiva Tandave”. I am performing in the first half of the show. There are various items you can see in this show including a work by a guest artist from India. A short yoga session will be offered during the intermission as well by a experienced yoga teacher. You can enjoy the whole show for FREE. Come, join us with your family and friends.
